It just takes few minutes in creating an account. Here are the steps:

  • Choose an e-mail id and mobile number which is not in use.

  • If in case you happen to create a user account with an e-mail and mobile number, already in use, you’ll get a message stating ‘Already taken’.

  • ‘Click to continue’, once you’ve registered with your e-mail ID and Mobile number

  • An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your registered mobile and e-mail.

  • Enter your ‘Personal Details’ to complete the step

  • Your ‘User Account’ is now created.

Below given steps are for you to review and update your information:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Select “Account Settings” from the right corner of the drop down menu.

  • Select “Edit” from the primary number section and enter your new mobile number.

  • An OTP will now be now sent to your new mobile number.

  • Enter the received OTP and Submit.

No, you don’t need multiple registrations.

The login credentials you must have created both for website or app, can be used for both and are the same.

It’s Simple.

  • You need to register or login for adding doctors to your favourite list.

  • Select the ‘Heart Icon’ given next to the doctor’s name in the search results page.

  • Go to dashboard and view your saved favourite list of doctors.

Firstly, to remind you of your booked appointments and secondly, it will be shared with the Doctors/Specialist secretary for further process.

To deactivate your account, you need to raise a request through your dashboard.

Here are the following steps:

  • Login to your Account

  • Click on ‘Security’ from the left-side menu section

  • Open it and select "De-activate my account"

  • A request form will appear and fill the details and submit.

  • The details will be sent to the Customer relation team to process further.

  • Once your request is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
