Yes! You can book an appointment for any of your friends, family and neighbours.
Login to your account.
Go to "My Bookings' from the left side menu.
Choose your Appointment which you want to cancel.
Click on "Cancel Appointment"
Fill the "Appointment Cancellation Form"
Our Customer relationship team will take 24 hours to process your request.
Once your appointment is cancelled, an e-mail notification will be sent.
Refund process will be initiated and notified to you at frequent intervals.
It will take normally 3 to 5 days (depending upon the payment gateway providers and the bank).
Appointment reminder is a feature that allows you to receive frequent updates and alerts about your booked appointments (e.g, in case of reschedule or unavailability of doctors, etc.)
